Website requests
This local preview does not submit or save the demo form. In a separately configured service, approved contact information may be used to respond to an inquiry. Do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, or emergency information.
Client portal
The portal stores account identity, organization membership, masked call metadata, operational summaries, and change requests. Access is restricted to invited accounts and the organizations assigned to them.
Call information
Call data may include caller details and service requests. The first portal release does not expose raw phone numbers, recordings, or full transcripts. Recording and retention practices are configured per deployment and applicable law.
Processors and security
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, and voice operations. We apply least-privilege access, tenant isolation, transport encryption, and operational review. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

To ask about access, correction, export, or deletion, email hello@tryapexstudio.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, disputes, or legal obligations.
